What you will do

• Maintain machine availability and perform repairs to ensure high service levels
• Define and execute preventive maintenance (PM) actions and schedules
• Address maintenance issues on systems
• Monitor and verify statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
• Participate in CIP/OEE initiatives to improve performance and reduce costs
• Manage spare parts logistics, including reporting on consumption and costs
• Assist in the introduction and approval of new production processes
• Plan and install new systems
• Organize and conduct training for service employees
• Develop and maintain machine-specific training materials and work instructions

What you will need

• State-certified technician in electrical engineering
• Several years of experience as a technician in a production environment
• Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in German and advanced English, confident in technical communication with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of IT, data analysis, and visualization
• Willingness to work in shifts

Your role

As a technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of PAS Stepper systems in lithography.

Your main tasks

• Ensure machine availability and perform repairs at the highest service level
• Define and execute preventive maintenance actions and intervals
• Handle maintenance issues of the systems
• Maintain and check statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
• Participate in KVP/OEE measures to increase performance and save costs
• Manage spare parts logistics, including reporting on consumption and costs
• Contribute to the introduction and approval of new manufacturing processes
• Assist in planning and installing new systems
• Organize and conduct training for service staff
• Create and maintain machine-specific training content and maintenance/work instructions

Your profile

• State-certified technician in electrical engineering
• Several years of experience as a technician in a production environment
• Strong technical approach with a hands-on mentality, team skills, and communication strength
• Good German and advanced English skills, confident communication with clients and customers in all technical matters
• Knowledge in IT, data analysis, and visualization
• Willingness to work in shifts
