Responsible for initial sample inspection, sampling of products and material management
Inspection of equipment parameters and key equipment mechanisms
Inspection of operational specifications and process critical projects
Review of MES production system data
Inspection of temperature and humidity data and workshop cleanliness data
Responsible for quality warning inspection, non-conforming product management, clearance of the production lines and qualification of the machines
Checking the work qualifications of production personnel
Detection and solution of quality problems on site at the production lines:
Performing inspections according to a checklist and documentation
Provide feedback to the relevant department after identification of the issues and follow up on the results
Participation in a standard problem solving strategy and continuous improvement process
Identifying potential quality risks in the production process, reporting back to the relevant departments and initiating improvement actions to avoid quality risks
Upholding the production process at the site
Participation in regular meetings for quality response plans and improvement mechanisms in production
Evaluation and monitoring of processes
