Role Description

As a Technician Manufacturing/Process Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, located in Baierbrunn, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support serial production and ramp-up of new products
  • Assist the ANDON team to ensure proper line functionality
  • Design and optimize assembly cells and tools
  • Handle deviations in components or processes within assembly
  • Create production documents such as Process FMEAs, work instructions, and checklists
  • Train production staff on new or modified processes
  • Contribute to continuous quality and cost improvements of products and assembly processes
  • Ensure proper functioning of testing equipment and support validation activities with Quality
  • Support design changes/ECOs and their implementation, ensuring proper documentation
Qualifications
  • Technician or master craftsman in mechanics, electronics, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Independent, goal-oriented approach
