What You’ll Do

• Keep production running through preventative maintenance and rapid response
• Service and repair machines, infrastructure, tools, always to manufacturer standards
• Tackle faults like a pro: troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve
• Document everything in our maintenance planner
• Source parts and manage technical inventory
• Guide and coordinate external service providers
• Jump into installation work on machinery and buildings when needed
  
  

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training in Mechatronics or related technical field
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
• Comfort working with PLC/SPS, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
• Fluent German (Verhandlungssicher) is essential
• You’re reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and you show up when it matters

Structure & Process

• Permanent, full-time role (38 hours/week)
• Report directly to the Plant Manager
• Interview 1: Plant Manager + site tour
• Interview 2: CEO at HQ in Hameln
• Start date: As soon as you're ready
