What you’ll do:

• Keep production running throughpreventative maintenanceand rapid response
• Service and repair machines, infrastructure, tools, always to manufacturer standards
• Tackle faults like a pro: troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve
• Document everything in our maintenance planner
• Source parts and manage technical inventory
• Guide and coordinate external service providers
• Jump intoinstallation workon machinery and buildings when needed

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training inMechatronicsor related technical field
• Hands-on experience inindustrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
• Comfort working withPLC/SPS, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
• Fluent German(Verhandlungssicher) is essential
• You’re reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and you show up when it matters

Bonus skills that make you stand out:

• Welding knowledge (TIG/WIG)
• B1-level English
• Forklift license
• Safety officer experience
• Familiarity with control tech and transformer systems

• Interview 1: Plant Manager + site tour
