Job description
Tasks
- Development & implementation of electrical systems — Creation of circuit diagrams, cable drawings and parts lists with EPLAN
- Interface definition & system integration — Support in the definition and design of electrical subsystems and assemblies
- Creation of technical documentation — Development of test and test specifications as well as parts lists in SAP PLM
- System & integration tests — Carrying out tests in close cooperation with system engineers and IV&V managers
- Technical support for subcontractors — Coordination, monitoring and quality assurance of external services
- Commissioning & electrical safety — Support with installation, commissioning and implementation of relevant standards
- Calculations & design — design of cable cross-sections, fuses and factory standards for optimum system performance
- Optimisation & consulting — technical assessment of test specifications and close collaboration with compliance and production teams
Requirements
- Completed technician training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable specialisation
- Professional experience in electrical development or production (e.g. installation, cable drawings, control cabinet construction) required
- Ideally experience with EPLAN
- Confident and detailed handling of MS Office
- German and English language skills are required, one language at least C-level, the other at A2/B1
- An unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
