Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute material tests and laboratory work for existing and new products in accordance with international standards and customer requirements.
2. Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory, analytical, and application equipment following quality, safety, and 5S standards.
3. Develop, optimize, and standardize test methods and testing processes.
4. Prepare laboratory test reports, document test results, and support technical assessments based on findings.
5. Manage inventory and ordering processes for lab materials.
6. Contribute to technical trainings and demonstrations for sales, key account management, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Certified Technician in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in technical roles.
• Practical laboratory work experience.
• Skills in evaluating and interpreting test results and preparing technical assessments, including developing recommendations for further experiments.
• Proficiency in digital tools for data analytics and visualization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Good communication skills in English and German.
