Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute material tests and laboratory work for existing and new products in accordance with international standards and customer requirements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory, analytical, and application equipment following quality, safety, and 5S standards.
- Develop, optimize, and standardize test methods and testing processes.
- Prepare laboratory test reports, document test results, and support technical assessments based on findings.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes for lab materials.
- Contribute to technical trainings and demonstrations for sales, key account management, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Certified Technician in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Approximately 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in technical roles.
- Practical laboratory work experience.
- Skills in evaluating and interpreting test results and preparing technical assessments, including developing recommendations for further experiments.
- Proficiency in digital tools for data analytics and visualization is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary, international teams.
- Good communication skills in English and German.
