This position is a temporary parental leave replacement with 25 hours/week until November 2026.
Your start date is 01.07.2025 at best.

Your mission

• Technical documentation of our product in German and English (e.g. manual, Smart FAQs)
• Creation of developer documentation, both internally and externally
• Creation of guided product tours for an interactive user experience
• Creation of style guides
• Maintenance of a terminology database and glossary
• Naming and translation of UI content (e.g. data fields, tooltips) in collaboration with UX designers to ensure consistent terminology in German and English
• Preparation of content for the forum and Product Information Hub (editing and proofreading)

Your profile

• Completed studies in technical editing/communication or comparable training
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and fluency in English
• Excellent writing skills to document complex technical issues in an understandable way for our users
• Proactive way of working
• Agile mindset with a customer-first approach
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. product management and developers)
• Ability and motivation to actively contribute to the optimisation of internal processes
