• Build engaging, blended learning programs rooted in adult learning principles
• Develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or Easygenerator
• Integrate AI-supported personalization and smart learning recommendations
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and L&D teams to identify needs and co-create impactful solutions
• Define competency models in line with business needs and job profile frameworks and skill libraries
• Align training content with competency models and role-based frameworks

• Act as a learning advisor to divisions and functions across Operations
• Technology andInnovation
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and modern platforms to enhance the learner experience
• Contribute to the development of intuitive, tech-enabled learning interfaces
• Behavioral Development andValues Integration
• Embed our core values and behaviors into learning content through real-life, interactive scenarios
• Support performance measurement through dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Excel
• Automate and analyze training effectiveness (NPS, completion, engagement), providing actionable insights in relation to business targets
• Media andContent Creation
• Produce video-based learning assets with tools like Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva
• Create microlearning content, localize materials, and optimize formats for digital platforms
• Communications andKnowledge Sharing
• Maintain internal knowledge hubs on SharePoint, Viva Engage, or Teams
• Support training communications via newsletters, infographics, video nuggets, and tools like Mailchimp and Figma

Erfahrungen

• Degree in Education, Learning Technologies, HR or very high interest in training and learning and willingness to learn
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Tech, or Media Production are desirable
• Experience with AI-powered learning tools or automation is desirable
• Background in Operations, manufacturing, or technical / industrial training
• Expertise in corporate training, instructional design, and adult learning
• Experience with e-learning tools or video editing and multimedia (Articulate 360, Easygenerator, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.)
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
• Strong data and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, dashboards)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead projects in global and matrixed environments
