Key Tasks

• Implementation of technical training courses and training measures for military user groups (in Germany)
• Development and continuous improvement of training concepts, materials and documents in German
• Preparation, organization and implementation of classroom and online training courses
• Close cooperation with product management, development and support to ensure up-to-date and practical training content
• Support for system launches and customer support during pilot phases
• Participation in system tests for realistic training design

Key Qualifications

• Completed technical training or studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering or similar
• Experience in dealing with complex software solutions, ideally in the security or defense-related field
• Ideally experience as a trainer, instructor or multiplier - e.g. from the military environment or a comparable environment
• Knowledge in the conception, planning and implementation of training courses aimed at different user levels
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and the ASTERIX communication protocol or willingness to learn them
• Experience with troubleshooting servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, NTP servers and security diodes
• Willingness to travel more than 70% of the time (in Germany)
• Willingness to obtain a security clearance
• Excellent written and spoken German (C2 level)
