Your responsibilities

• Develop and design appealing teaching materials and presentations
• Prepare targeted training measures
• Conduct hands-on training sessions covering EASA regulations, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, air law, and process changes
• Monitor training effectiveness and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Support the selection and supervision of trainees in aircraft mechanics production engineering
• Ensure sustainability of training through regular evaluation
• Maintain and utilize CBT tools to support training processes

Your profile

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with relevant experience in aircraft structural engineering
• Master craftsman training, e.g., as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology
• Several years of experience as a trainer or mentor in the technical field
• Didactic and pedagogical skills, ideally with a trainer license or instructor aptitude test
• Good knowledge of aviation legislation and human factors
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
