The opportunity:
We are seeking an Analyst to join our team, preferably located in Iberia, DACH, Italy, or Luxembourg.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the correct and timely approval of jobs entered in FOS (Fleet Online Solutions) by service providers for our Mileage Fleet Mobility customers.
  • Verifying that jobs comply with internal rules, criteria, and tire policies outlined in customer contracts.
  • Assessing the necessity of jobs and ensuring alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines.
  • Monitoring and supporting the automated job approval process, including development and adaptations.
  • Manually processing jobs that deviate from predefined rules or contract criteria, analyzing cases, and coordinating next steps with Fleet Service Technicians.

Key Capabilities:

  • Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures in multiple geographies.
  • Mandatory technical knowledge of tires.
  • Experience in a field role (technician, sales, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Organized and structured, capable of managing complex processes.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding country-specific business nuances.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for discussing critical cases with service providers.
  • English proficiency is mandatory; additional proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
