We are now seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Technical Management Lead to oversee and drive the performance of their technical team in Berlin.

This role is crucial for leading a team of 30 professionals in network infrastructure, IT security, and network management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical management experience, and proficiency in German.

Skills/Must have:

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical management, particularly in managing large teams.

  • Expertise in managing active and passive network infrastructure, IT security, network management, and security technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
