What Competencies We Are Searching For :

• Leadership in Backend Development: Manage and lead a team working on front-end (Angular) and back-end (.Net) systems.
• Backend Expertise: Strong knowledge in .Net development, designing scalable backend systems.
• Project Deliveries: Lead end-to-end project development ensuring quality and business objectives.
• Hands-on Coding and Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and develop solutions.
• Mentorship: Guide, review code, and mentor team members to maintain quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with QA, DevOps, Architects, Product Managers, and other teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Update senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

What You Will Practice :

• Technical Leadership: Set architecture decisions, technology choices, and team goals.
• Maintain High Code Quality: Ensure secure, maintainable, and efficient code through reviews and mentorship.
• Create Complex Applications: Design and optimize architecture for seamless integration.
• Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with teams to adapt processes for innovation.
• Code Quality and Security: Enforce secure coding practices and reviews.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment: Coordinate with SRE and DevOps teams.

Your Profile

• 6+ years in C# development (.NET Core & .NET Framework).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, DDD.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Redis, MongoDB.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure and scalable system design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, k8s.
• Web security knowledge aligned with OWASP standards.
• Nice to have: Angular, Elastic & Kibana, CQRS, Event Sourcing.
