Your Mission

As a Tech Lead , you’ll guide a cross-functional product team building our core analytics platform. You’ll be responsible not only for writing great code, but also for setting technical direction, coaching developers, and ensuring architectural quality. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other tech leads to deliver scalable, performant features that our users love.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers
• Own technical decisions and architecture within the team
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the stack
• Drive cloud infrastructure best practices, automation, and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives
• Advocate for continuous improvement in tooling, process, and culture

You Bring :

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
• Deep expertise in Java (modern versions) and Spring Boot (including Spring Security)
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture—preferably on AWS
• Solid understanding of system performance and memory optimization in high-volume environments
• Practical knowledge of Clean / Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, and CQRS
• Exposure to analytics-focused databases (e.g., Parquet, Arrow, DuckDB, or Cassandra)
• A hands-on leadership style—comfortable balancing strategic thinking and active coding

You Bring :

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities

Deep expertise in Java (modern versions) and Spring Boot (including Spring Security)

Strong background in cloud-native architecture—preferably on AWS

Solid understanding of system performance and memory optimization in high-volume environments

Practical knowledge of Clean / Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, and CQRS

Experience designing secure systems (e.g., JWT tokens, RBAC, secure APIs)

Exposure to analytics-focused databases (e.g., Parquet, Arrow, DuckDB, or Cassandra)

A hands-on leadership style—comfortable balancing strategic thinking and active coding
