The ADI Centre of Excellence is responsible for the technical support of our customers, providing pre and post-sales support for over 300 products from 15 to 20 different manufacturers, covering all aspects of fire and security technology. We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to provide the desired level of customer service. Our aim is to provide a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Liaise with the internal technical team in supporting customers and sales.
  • Work closely with field sales and key accounts to provide customers with the appropriate CCTV, IP video and access control technical services
  • Project and system design
  • After-sales technical support
  • Diagnosis of faults or technical problems and search for suitable solutions
  • Preparation of service reports and process documentation
  • Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Some experience in the electronics industry.
