YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and deliver technical support for our Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and Contact Center, including training sessions and creating manuals and tutorials.
  • Monitor product returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints to identify recurring issues for reporting to manufacturing teams.
  • Provide advanced (second level) support to customers and internal teams, ensuring quality standards and KPIs are met.
  • Assist National Authorized Service Centers with technical guidance during product return and replacement processes.
  • Audit Authorized Service Centers to maintain service quality standards.
  • Organize on-site visits to service partners for technical feedback and support.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Secondary education, preferably in a technical or electronics field.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Experience in servicing and repairing consumer electronics, with solid IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with clear communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
