WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Developing and delivering thorough technical support for our Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and Contact Center, including conducting training sessions and creating technical manuals and video tutorials.
  • Monitoring product return requests, warranty claims, and customer complaints to identify recurring technical issues for reporting to manufacturing teams.
  • Providing advanced (second level) technical support to customers and internal departments, ensuring inquiries are handled according to quality standards and KPIs.
  • Assisting Authorized Service Centers (NASCs) during review and approval processes for product returns or replacements with expert guidance.
  • Auditing our Authorized Service Centers to ensure they meet service quality standards.
  • Organizing on-site visits to service partners to gather technical feedback and provide face-to-face support as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least secondary education, ideally in a technical or electronics-related field.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication in an international environment.
  • Hands-on experience in servicing and repairing consumer electronics, with solid IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with clear, confident communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
