xTool Official in Düsseldorf is seeking an assistant to the Site Manager to help oversee a 5–8 member technical and warehouse team including Chinese, German staff and agency workers. The role covers daily operations, shift scheduling, task assignment and attendance recording.

• Familiar with standard local personnel management procedures in Germany.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of the core framework of German labour law, in particular the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), Working Time Act and Dismissal Protection Act; capable of identifying risks and raising timely warnings.
• Fluent German (C1 level or above) as the primary working language.
