Technical Support Engineer – PLM TeamCenter (m/f/d)

• Install and configure new PLM infrastructure based on Siemens TeamCenter and its interfaces (ERP, collaboration platform with suppliers, etc.).
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain and monitor engineering systems.
• Provide technical support for engineering systems already in use (ALM, PLM, Technical Data Exchange solutions, CAx tools, etc., including interfaces).
• Inspect, validate, and troubleshoot installed and configured systems in collaboration with functional leaders and business owners.
• Optimize existing systems and processes.
• Capture and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, and propose and implement corresponding solutions.
• Compare different system modification and replacement recommendations based on criteria such as organizational feasibility, infrastructure, usability, technology used, and technical challenges. Present a comparative report to support decision-making.

Your profile:

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong experience in PLM technical support and/or deployment.
• Proven experience with Siemens TeamCenter (Active Workspace and RAC, Visualization, PLM XML and Stylesheet, BMIDE, Workflows, etc.).
• Certified in TeamCenter administration.
• Familiar with CAD systems, preferably Catia V5.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent office software/computer skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous.
