Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport.

Your mission
  • Your main task is to resolve technical concerns of our customers.

  • You handle customer concerns and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • You perform software tests to ensure product quality.

  • You actively participate in the planning phase for product enhancements in your area.

  • You work as part of an agile and dynamic team with product managers and developers.

  • You are responsible for qualifying bugs in terms of priority and urgency.

  • You provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • You share your knowledge, provide support and contribute to problem solving to foster a collaborative team environment.

  • You identify opportunities for improvement of internal processes.


Your profile
  • Completed training in the IT sector or career changer with relevant IT knowledge.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer support.

  • Experience in customer support ticketing, ideally with AI chatbot solutions.

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as independent action.

  • Strong communication skills as well as a pronounced customer orientation and good conflict resolution skills round off your profile.

  • You have a confident demeanour even in stressful situations and convince with calm and composure.

  • You have already gained experience in the e-commerce sector and ideally have knowledge of an ERP system.

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
