Your main task is to resolve technical concerns of our customers.
You handle customer concerns and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
You perform software tests to ensure product quality.
You actively participate in the planning phase for product enhancements in your area.
You work as part of an agile and dynamic team with product managers and developers.
You are responsible for qualifying bugs in terms of priority and urgency.
You provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
You share your knowledge, provide support and contribute to problem solving to foster a collaborative team environment.
You identify opportunities for improvement of internal processes.
Completed training in the IT sector or career changer with relevant IT knowledge.
At least 2 years of professional experience in customer support.
Experience in customer support ticketing, ideally with AI chatbot solutions.
Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as independent action.
Strong communication skills as well as a pronounced customer orientation and good conflict resolution skills round off your profile.
You have a confident demeanour even in stressful situations and convince with calm and composure.
You have already gained experience in the e-commerce sector and ideally have knowledge of an ERP system.
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
