What You'll Do- Troubleshoot client issues on the Gallup Access platform
- Participate in internal review sessions to uncover root causes and make recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor trends and proactively address recurring issues
- Develop scripts and tools to streamline processes for Gallup's client support team
- Turn challenging situations into positive experiences for clients by delivering timely solutions
- Partner with technical leads and stakeholders to define success criteria for this new role - from both an internal and client perspective

What You Need- Degree in computer science, MIS or a related field - or equivalent professional experience - required
- Advanced proficiency in SQL required
- At least two years of experience with application support and troubleshooting required
- At least one year of experience programming with common data stores such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases required
- Experience with modern object-oriented languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java) required
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Splunk or Dynatrace, required
- Proficiency in English required; must be able to communicate effectively with written and spoken English on day one
- Availability to work on-site at Gallup's Berlin office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
