The Role

Success in this role will involve resolving complex customer issues efficiently, helping clients maximize their cybersecurity investments through expert support, and collaborating internally to reduce resolution times.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Experience with a cybersecurity vendor or within the infrastructure/networks space
  • Strong working knowledge or experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
