About the Dataiku Support Team

The Support organization at Dataiku is a fully remote team dedicated to assisting our customers with technical issues related to our Everyday AI Platform (DSS). We are a rapidly growing, globally distributed team spanning 10 countries across 3 continents. Our goal is to develop an enterprise-grade global support function to support our growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

We seek an experienced technical support engineer comfortable in a dynamic environment to help grow our global support team. You will assist EMEA and worldwide customers in resolving technical issues with Dataiku, such as installation, security, and integration with big data technologies. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve or escalate issues is also key.

Expected Outcomes

  • Assist EMEA and global customers in resolving technical issues via various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with R&D to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to escalate or reroute issues for efficient resolution.
  • Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge bases and forums.
  • Support other team activities in a fast-paced environment as needed.

Qualifications for Success

  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing engineering or technical role involving complex software or products.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Expertise in technical troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and error reproduction.
  • Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems.
  • Experience with relational databases, data warehouses like Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Ability to read and write Python or R code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, SAML, and Kerberos.
  • Experience with machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).
