Your Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, your contributions are vital to maintaining our reputation for technical excellence and responsive customer service. You will uphold our software standards and foster a proactive, solution-oriented environment for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Multi-channel support: Provide support via phone, email, support tickets, and remote maintenance, ensuring efficient resolution of client issues. (First Level Support)
• Remote support: Support customer projects, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Software implementation support: Assist with implementing our software using Linux, Ansible, Bash, and Lua, contributing to effective solutions. (DevOps, Software Development)
• Error analysis and correction: Analyze and resolve software and infrastructure errors independently, improving system stability and user satisfaction.

As a start-up, there are opportunities to take on additional tasks based on your interests and abilities. Examples include:

• On-site software installation: Conduct automated (using Ansible) and manual installations tailored to client requirements.
• Quality assurance: Implement and oversee testing to improve our software.
• Test scenario development: Develop, integrate, and execute test scenarios within our architecture.
• Monitoring and testing: Monitor automated tests and perform functional testing to ensure software performance and reliability.
• IT infrastructure maintenance: Maintain and improve our internal network, virtualization environments, telephone systems, and Office 365.
• Workflow optimization: Use your expertise to streamline and automate internal workflows, contributing innovative ideas to enhance team efficiency.

Are You the Right Candidate?

• Completed training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, or a degree in Software Engineering/IT or related fields
• Experience in First/Second Level Support
• Ability to work responsibly and independently, handling new tasks and technologies
• Analytical mindset and team collaboration skills
• Good command of English (at least B1)
• Good German skills (at least B2)
