Technical Support (d/f/m)

Your role

As a Technical Support Specialist in our organization, your contributions will be crucial to maintaining our reputation for technical excellence and responsive customer service. You will play a key role in upholding our software standards and fostering a proactive, solution-oriented environment for our clients.

Your responsibilities

1. Multi channel support: Provide support via phone, email, support tickets, and remote maintenance, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently. (First Level Support)
2. Remote support: Offer support for customer projects, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
3. Software implementation support: Support the implementation of our software using tools such as Linux, Ansible, Bash, and Lua, contributing to effective solutions. (DevOps, Softwareentwickler)
4. Error analysis and correction: Independently analyze and correct software and infrastructure-specific errors under customer-specific requirements, enhancing system stability and user satisfaction.

Are you the one?

1. Completed training as a qualified IT Specialist, comparable experiences or Degree in Software Engineering/IT or similar fields of study
2. Experience in First/Second Level Support
3. Ability to work in a responsible and independent way and to deal with new tasks, problems and technologies
4. Analytical thinker that collaborates with the team to master challenges
5. Good command of English (at least C1)
6. Good German language skills are required (at least B2)
