The Technical Support Assistant (f/m/d) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratories. By providing technical expertise and support, the assistant helps maintain the efficiency and reliability of laboratory processes, contributing to accurate and reliable results. The role also involves facilitating collaboration within the team and with external service technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting internal projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and scientific progress.

Your Responsibility

• Maintaining laboratory equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining glassware and equipment
  • Performing calibration and simple laboratory tasks as instructed
  • Organizing warehouse, ordering, and replenishing chemicals and consumables
  • Receiving and documenting laboratory chemicals and consumables, handling complaints about faulty goods
• Managing technical equipment
  • Supervising technicians and service providers
  • Performing minor repairs
  • Ensuring documentation complies with GRP standards
• Installing and testing storage facilities (refrigerators, freezers, climate chambers, incubators)
• Working in accordance with legal regulations (e.g., S1, S2, GMP, GRP) and occupational safety standards

What you need to succeed

• Experience in laboratory, technical support, or medical fields preferred
• Experience in ordering and receiving goods preferred
• Quick understanding and structured, goal-oriented work style
• Enjoy working in a motivated team
• Good English communication skills are desirable
