Technical Solution Implementation | Configuration, Integration, Testing, Pre-Sales
Perhaps you're already in a solutions consulting role, or maybe you're a software developer or similar and would like to transition into solutions consulting!
Requirements:
Role Overview:
Your focus will be on the technical implementation of the company's Access Management Solutions. Your responsibilities include pre-sales, implementation, and support until go-live, after which support is handed over.
You will collaborate with the Solution Lead and customer to verify requirements, define user stories, specify solutions, then handle configuration, integration, and testing. You will also train and support customers during the transition to the ID-ware solution.
Expect to manage 2-4 projects, mainly in the DACH region, involving large clients (3-6k employees) and projects lasting 6-12 months across sectors like Government and Automotive.
The environment encourages innovation and process evolution. You should be a natural problem solver, independent, and proactive in contributing ideas for process improvements.

This venture capital-funded company has been a leader in the Access Management industry for nearly 20 years, serving well-known international clients. With over 100 employees across 3 countries, including about 20 in Germany, they are experiencing growth and expanding their German team.
The team you will join is around 5 people, with a new department head to support your development. You will be supported by experienced colleagues through training and coaching.
