CIRCUITRY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.

Who are we looking for?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Technical Service Engineer (m / f / d) for Lithuania and East Europe to actively contribute to our growth.

What will you be doing?

• Develop customized solutions for our customers and implement them on-site
• Provide technical support to our customers and promote the sales of our products
• Introduce new or optimized processes and products to the market and actively support them
• Lead projects and collaborate with the team on projects of other colleagues
• Work closely with the Sales, R&D, and Marketing departments as well as with suppliers of equipment and process technology
• Oversee beta site tests of new products with our customers
• Create process instructions, specifications, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes
• Conduct training sessions for our customers and employees

Who are You?

• Proven experience in project planning and execution
• Ideally familiar with statistical experiment design and analysis
• Must speak Lithuanian, with good English skills
• Proficient in common office applications
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, team spirit, and creativity
• Ability to interact with customers on different levels
• Analytical and structured approach, flexibility, and resilience
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel, including abroad
• Ideally residing in Lithuania

What competencies will you need?

• Completed training as a surface treatment technician / master or a comparable qualification (e.g., chemical engineer)
