Job Opening: Associate-Middle Level Technical Service Engineer

This is a full-time, home-office position with 20% travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from EcoFlow consumers regarding home battery solutions;
2. Provide customer and partner support and technical assistance;
3. Maintain high service satisfaction rates;
4. Offer prompt, accurate information and effective communication;
5. Resolve issues timely while ensuring quality;
6. Follow internal service protocols;
7. Escalate issues appropriately;
8. Ensure data privacy and security compliance;
9. Communicate positively with team members, customers, and partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a technical service engineer, preferably in solar, power storage, batteries, or electrical tools;
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages a plus;
• Electrical engineering degree preferred;
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.;
• Self-motivated, patient, able to work independently;
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
