We're now looking for an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer(Heat Pump). This position is a full-time, home office, with up to 70% of business travel time position.

Your challenges:

• Handle inbound calls from EcoFlow distributors, installers, and end consumers regarding EcoFlow heat pumps.

• Deliver timely, reliable, and precise information to customers, ensuring clear and effective communication by adapting to their pace and technical understanding.

• Conduct repairs and provide on-site support for installers of EcoFlow heat pump products and the EcoFlow Energy Management System (EMS).

• Assist in training installers on the technical aspects of installing EcoFlow heat pumps.

• Support EcoFlow installers during the commissioning of new systems.

• Ensure the highest quality in technical service, prioritizing customer satisfaction with every support interaction.

• Ensure compliance with customer data privacy and security policies.

Your profile includes:

• Completion of vocational training, a bachelor’s degree, or higher in a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in after-sales technical support, field application engineering (FAE), or training.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation and troubleshooting of residential heat pumps.

• Experience in installing and commissioning photovoltaic systems is a plus.

• Having certifications such as Heizlastberechnung (Heating Load Calculation), Sachkundenachweis nach ChemKlimaschutzV (Certificate of Expertise in Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance), and Kälteschein (Refrigeration License) is a plus. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in German.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Strong decision-making skills, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and apply creative problem-solving.

• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
