A leading family-owned technical distributor is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join their Insulation Solutions team. This autonomous role focuses on building client relationships and offering tailored solutions for industrial applications. In that case we would like to discuss the opportunity to join Profiltra’s customized Insulation Solutions business as the next position in your career.
In this new and independent role, you are commercially and consultatively responsible for expanding and strengthening Profiltra’s market position. You focus both on building new client relationships, and nurturing long-term collaborations with existing customers and suppliers. The materials and services you offer are used in many industrial applications like equipment manufacturing, aviation, furnace construction, steel and energy production. Your customers and prospects include both large and small (international) enterprises.
By understanding the needs of your customer, you recognize the added value your services and materials will offer them. In combining technical knowledge and commercial skills you advise customers on innovative tailor-made insulation solutions and services. This allows your customers to focus on their main activities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the right product quality and customer satisfaction. You oversee the entire quotation process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring that your customers get the solutions they are looking for. If any deviations or complaints arise, you will resolve them quickly and efficiently to maintain customer trust.
By monitoring market and technical developments, you automatically identify new business opportunities. Based on these insights, you continuously develop your market and sales strategies to align with customer needs and industry requirements. Building sustainable, long-term relationships is key to ensuring mutual growth and success. In this position, you will report to, and closely work together with, the Business Director Insulation Solutions.
