At Bruker Biosensors, we are committed to strengthening our customer relations team to promote our new innovative heliX and SPR #64 ‘Triceratops’ biosensors. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Technical Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with scientists to identify technical needs and promote our cutting-edge technology.
• Develop opportunities to implement our innovative biosensors in research and development.
• Represent our technology at conferences and trade shows, engaging with the scientific community.
• Explain complex scientific concepts through presentations and seminars.
• Coordinate technology evaluation projects and manage collaborations with scientists.
• Travel internationally and work in a dynamic, growing team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a team spirit and sales aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Background in biotechnology, biophysics, chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or related fields (BSc, MSc, or PhD).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a structured approach.
• Experience in sales, biophysical methods (e.g., SPR), drug discovery, or advanced laboratory equipment is a plus.

Location & Travel

• Remote work within the assigned territory.
• Frequent visits to our offices and labs in Munich and Hamburg, Germany.
• Approximately 50% travel for customer visits and collaborations.
