Job Description

Megaforce is a leading international specialist in the construction of temporary stages and special constructions for concerts, touring productions, festivals and major events.

With locations in Europe, Asia and Latin America and over 30 years of experience, we offer highly developed, modular stage systems for demanding live productions worldwide.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) - focus on Europe.

You will develop new markets and independently open up new customer fields in the live entertainment sector in Europe. You will build long-term customer relationships in the international touring and festival business and bring our innovative stage systems to the stages of the world.

Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of market and sales strategies in the areas of touring, concerts, festivals and major events
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers and development of new business areas
  • Independent management of the entire sales process - from approaching customers to preparing quotations and negotiating contracts
  • Working closely with our technical office to develop customised solutions
  • Presenting our systems to customers, on construction sites and at industry events
  • Completed studies or comparable qualification - e.g. in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or a technology-related degree programme
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the live entertainment industry
  • Several years of sales experience in live entertainment, event or stage construction or comparable fields
  • Talent for communication and negotiation as well as independent, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good command of English, ideally additional skills (e.g. Spanish)
  • High willingness to travel (Europe and internationally)
  • Room to manoeuvre: You actively help develop our markets and customer base
