  • Develop a strong pipeline through high-quality lead generation and personalised customer support
  • Drive pre-qualification efforts with key telecom and ICT customers
  • Initiate and execute customer promotion campaigns , POCs, and demos in coordination with technical and services teams
  • Foster teamwork and quality through effective communication across internal teams
  • Leverage the CRM system to shape efficient prospecting and closing strategies
  • Collaborate with Presales and Delivery to build tailored solution pitches that meet client needs

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in sales roles within telecom operators, wholesale carriers , ICT distributors, or system integrators
  • Solid understanding of the telecom solutions landscape in Germany
  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology , or equivalent field
  • Fluent in German and English – both verbal and written
  • Strong CRM skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial success
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, customer-centric approach
