- Develop a strong pipeline through high-quality lead generation and personalised customer support
- Drive pre-qualification efforts with key telecom and ICT customers
- Initiate and execute customer promotion campaigns , POCs, and demos in coordination with technical and services teams
- Foster teamwork and quality through effective communication across internal teams
- Leverage the CRM system to shape efficient prospecting and closing strategies
- Collaborate with Presales and Delivery to build tailored solution pitches that meet client needs
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven experience in sales roles within telecom operators, wholesale carriers , ICT distributors, or system integrators
- Solid understanding of the telecom solutions landscape in Germany
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology , or equivalent field
- Fluent in German and English – both verbal and written
- Strong CRM skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial success
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, customer-centric approach
