Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global speciality manufacturer specializing in the Food and Beverage Ingredients sector. We are looking to expand in the German / EU market and are seeking a Technical Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technical sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in food science, food technology, or business, preferably with experience in the food industry.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Food B2B Ingredient sales.
  • Practical experience in a product development or applications role within the food or beverage industry.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about food, its appearance, ingredients, and industrial processing.
  • Proven ability to assimilate technical information, manage, and deliver projects.
