Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Manager

Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global specialty manufacturer specializing in the Food and Beverage Ingredients sector. We are seeking to expand in the German/EU market and are looking for a Technical Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technical sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in food science, food technology, or business, preferably with experience in the food industry.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Food B2B Ingredient sales.
  • Practical experience in a product development or applications role within the food/beverage industry.
