Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Manager – Concrete – Europe, you will identify new business opportunities, support product qualification, and provide technical support to our concrete customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Technical Business Development: Act as the technical expert, identify growth opportunities, build relationships with key customer technical teams.
  • Technical & Application Support: Help customers overcome technical barriers, support the sales team with product presentations, monitor industry regulations.
  • Customer Complaint Management: Lead investigations into customer complaints, collaborate with relevant teams.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Monitor product quality trends, work with operations to resolve deviations, support process improvements.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the concrete industry, preferably with raw materials or additives suppliers.
  • Strong expertise in concrete applications, formulations, raw materials, testing, and SCMs.
  • Proactive, independent, with excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 70% across customer sites and Sibelco locations.
