Job Description:

  1. Maintain and expand existing business while actively pursuing new opportunities in décor paper impregnation/laminates, wood, and paper processing industries, with a focus on growth. Identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  2. Develop customized solutions with specialized additives in collaboration with our product development laboratory and oversee plant trials at customer sites.
  3. Negotiate prices and contractual terms to meet sales objectives.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities beyond organic expansion.
  5. Possess a university degree, applied sciences degree, or professional training in wood processing, paper manufacturing, impregnation, laminating, processing, or coatings. Alternatively, relevant application technology experience with additives in these industries.
  6. Have at least two years of hands-on professional experience in these fields.
  7. Have a minimum of two years' experience in sales or a related role involving technical products requiring explanation, with direct customer interaction.
  8. Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  9. Be willing and able to travel extensively (about 60%), including international trips, with a valid driver’s license.
  10. Seek a long-term career in a stable, family-owned business.
