Job Description:

- Maintain and expand existing business while actively pursuing new opportunities in décor paper impregnation/laminates, wood, and paper processing industries, with a clear commitment to growth. Identify new customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
- Develop customized solutions with highly specialized additives in collaboration with our product development laboratory, and oversee plant trials at customer sites.
- Negotiate prices and contractual terms with customers to meet sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competition, identifying significant growth opportunities beyond organic expansion.
- Possess a university degree, applied sciences degree, or completed professional training in wood processing, paper manufacturing, impregnation, laminating, processing, or coatings, or relevant application technology experience with additives in these industries.
- Have at least two years of hands-on professional experience in one of these fields.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in sales or a closely related function, involving technically complex products requiring explanation.
- Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Be willing and able to travel extensively (about 60% of work time), including international trips, with a valid driver's license.
