  • Maintain and expand existing business while actively pursuing new opportunities in décor paper impregnation/laminates, wood, and paper processing industries, with a clear focus on growth. Identify new customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Develop customized solutions with specialized additives in collaboration with our product development lab and oversee plant trials at customer sites.
  • Negotiate prices and contractual terms to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities beyond organic expansion.
  • Require a university degree, applied sciences degree, or professional training in wood processing, paper manufacturing, impregnation, laminating, processing, or coatings, or relevant application technology experience with additives in these fields.
  • At least two years of hands-on professional experience in these areas.
  • Minimum of two years in sales or related roles involving technically complex products requiring explanation, with customer interaction.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively (approx. 60%), including international multi-day trips, with a valid driver’s license.
