With a strong focus on technology and sustainability, we are expanding our presence in the European market and are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Germany.

Position Overview :

As the Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our transformer products by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions, ensuring they receive the best products for their applications while achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement technical sales strategies to promote electrical transformer products in the German market.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our transformers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide feedback on product performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Utility Companies, EPC's and Industrial players, including key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Provide training and support to clients on product usage and applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably within the electrical or transformer industry.
• Strong understanding of transformer technology, applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as required.
