In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients across Europe within the Paint Systems domain of our Customer Service Business Line in the Robotics Division in Friedberg. You will be responsible for managing technical assessments, aligning customer requirements with ABB’s product portfolio, and ensuring successful project negotiations through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid, RemoteThis role is contributing to the Business Line Customer Service within Robotics Division in Friedberg, Germany. Main stakeholders are European customers, European customer Service teams, internal engineering teams, project management, and global ABB entities.You will be mainly accountable for:• Providing technical advice and support to clients across Europe, including the preparation and delivery of presentations and technical evaluations.• Developing tailored proposals with cost calculations and managing proposal finalization and contract negotiations.• Analyzing customer requirements and aligning them with ABB’s solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance.• Coordinating international bid activities and acting as a key technical representative to strengthen trust and customer relationships.Our team dynamicsYou will join a highly skilled, supportive, and collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.
