Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Technical Sales (Pharma/Biotech):

  • Drive B2B sales of our animal-free drug testing solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with pharma, biotech, and medtech clients
  • Conduct product trainings, workshops, and technical demos
  • Represent Lambda Biologics at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new markets and applications (e.g. immunotoxicology, oncology)
  • Develop market entry strategies for cell-based cancer therapies
  • Build strategic partnerships with clinics, research institutions, and industry players
  • Collaborate with scientific teams on pilot projects and feasibility studies
  • Conduct market analysis, develop business cases, and support fundraising/investor engagement
Your Profile

This position is ideal for an individual with an advanced degree in biotechnology or life sciences, possessing extensive experience in organoid research, drug discovery, and academic sales. The candidate should have a strong foundation in market analysis, customer relationship management, and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to a diverse audience.

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders or 3 years for Ph.D. holders (Senior level).
  • Interest or experience in oncology, immunology, or translational research
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in preclinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in utilizing 2D and 3D drug discovery methods is advantageous.
  • Ph.D. holders are particularly encouraged to apply.
