Job summary

Reynaers Aluminium sucht einen engagierten Application Engineer (m/w/d) für Deutschland. Sie beraten Partner, führen Schulungen durch und besuchen Kunden vor Ort, um Anwendungen, Fertigung und Installation unserer Aluminiumsysteme zu prüfen und zu optimieren.

Sie bringen eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, Erfahrung in der Bauteil-/Aluminiumbranche sowie LogiKal-Kenntnisse mit. Reisebereitschaft und fließendes Deutsch/Englisch runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Bau-, Maschinenbau, Metallbau) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in Fenster-/Tür-/Fassade- oder Aluminiumbranche.
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis in Anwendungsengineering.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen; CAD-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft.
• Gute LogiKal-Kenntnisse (Anwendung, Bearbeitung, Auswertung).
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an Schulungen.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland (Führerschein Klasse B).
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Technische Beratung und Support für Kunden und Partner in Deutschland.
• Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Kundentermine: Schulungen, Systembriefings und technische Trainings.
• Prüfung, Qualitätskontrolle und Freigabe von Anwendungen, Fertigung und Installation der Aluminium-Systeme.
• Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und Optimierung von Systemanwendungen.
• Erstellung technischer Berichte und Dokumentation von Kundendiensten vor Ort.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Projektberatung und anderen Abteilungen.

For our German team,we are looking for a committed Application Engineer (m/f/d).

Your mission with us:

• Technical consultation and support for our customers and partners throughout Germany
• Regular on-site customer visits: training sessions, system briefings and technical trainings
• Inspection, quality control and approval of the application, fabrication and installation of our aluminium systems
• Support in resolving technical issues and optimizing system applications
• Preparation of technical reports and documentation of on-site customer visits
• Close collaboration with Sales, Project Consulting and other internal departments

What you should bring along:

• Completed technical education or technical degree (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, metal construction) or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in the window, door, façade or aluminium industry
• Very good technical understanding and experience in application engineering
• Confident handling of technical drawings; CAD skills are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of LogiKal (application, editing and evaluation)
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for training and advising customers
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany (driving licence class B required)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
