Summary
We are looking for a "Technical Project Manager Product Development (f/m/d)" for the "Spectrum Dominance Product Engineering" department for ESM/ELINT product development at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Spectrum Dominance Product Engineering department is responsible for the product development and verification of active and passive EW systems and system elements.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for development work packages in terms of time, costs and quality
• Coordination of multidisciplinary development teams (> 10 employees)
• Responsibility for and implementation of the development process
• Ensuring constructive cooperation with the program area and the specialist disciplines
• Definition of technical system requirements, system architecture, interface documents and system analyses
• Definition of requirements/performance data for the subsystems and creation of specifications for the subsystems
• Supporting the acquisition process by estimating costs and preparing offers

Your Profile

• Degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or similar
• Several years of practical experience in systems engineering, if possible in the field of electronic warfare
• Extensive practical experience in the technical management of development projects
• Experience in the technical management of teams
• Knowledge of DOORS, MATLAB, MBSE, Jira, Confluence
• Structured, efficient and responsible way of working
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
