Your Job
- Provide project management and oversight for both client implementation and PharmaLex internal projects.
- Achieve successful implementation by driving the project team, ensuring appropriate communication and follow through from all project stakeholders, along with managing regular project communications/updates.
- Plan, adapt, and gain agreement on project plans, along with the transparent maintenance and management of open action items across all participants and tracks related to the service and/or project.
- Coordinate and direct the involvement & communication of relevant individuals across the internal organization and the client to ensure ultimate project success.
- Be accountable for translating client and internal business requirements & needs into suitable service and technical solutions – and pertinent documentation.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within established scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop, review, adapt, and improve processes related to the service and/or project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Any other responsibilities as discussed and agreed to with Supervisor, including any other Platform Technologies strategic initiatives.
Your Profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry in a Technical Project Manager (PM) role – and willing to get involved in the details and drive projects through to a successful completion.
- Experience working with life science technology solutions, preferably with safety reporting and safety database applications, in GxP governed environments and environments controlled by Information Security Management Systems.
- Knowledge of computerised software validation (CSV), including GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Strong, assertive communicator (oral and written) fluent in English, with the ability to present to a diverse business and technical audiences (internal and client).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and keen analytical skills – and the ability to efficiently multi-task and handle competing priorities.
- Ability to work enthusiastically and collaboratively both as part of a cohesive group to build strong relationships at different levels across the organisation – and also independently, as needed.
- Proactive approach to ensuring continuous improvement and growth for oneself, the Platform Technologies Team, and the PharmaLex organisation.
- Flexible in response to changing business priorities.
