This opportunity involves building an innovative twist on a mobile app. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be involved in managing and orchestrating every step of the customer experience cycle at our agency, particularly related to mobile voice assistant and xR projects.

Responsibilities

1. Manage international and multifunctional development teams and projects remotely across multiple locations.
2. Develop initial project and customer strategies, considering the entire customer journey.
3. Analyze and validate customer needs by strategizing, suggesting, and planning workshops or next steps.
4. Plan, prepare, orchestrate, and execute project kickoff meetings.
5. Define and coordinate project goals and success criteria to ensure transparency and keep all parties aligned.
6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
8. Perform administrative duties including documentation control, billing, and KPI reporting.
9. Apply classic and agile project management methods appropriately.
10. Perform risk assessments and mitigation to minimize project risks.
11. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and improve efficiency.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar experience.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience managing software projects and development teams.
3. Experience managing mobile or voice assistant/xR development projects.
4. Focus on managing and orchestrating the entire customer experience and journey.
5. Solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies (agile/scrum).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Self-directed and independent working style.
8. Analytical and structured approach.
9. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
