Technical Project Manager (m / f / d)

Core Tasks

1. Comprehensive project management (Structuring, process and time planning, milestones, task definition, controlling, success control)
2. Preferred skills in Six Sigma Project Management standards
3. Ensure projects are well managed in time and according to our specifications
4. Continuous monitoring of all running projects to avoid critical overlapping
5. Project scoping, engineering, execution, learning
6. Support to request new projects according to given standards
7. Ensure that energy management system is implemented, realized, maintained and continuously improved according to international standard ISO 50001
8. Reporting to management on changes in energy-related performance and performance of energy management systems
9. Ensure that energy management activities are supporting organization’s energy policy
10. Establish criteria and methods necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation and monitoring of the energy management system
11. Promote awareness of energy policy and energy objectives among all employees at all levels of the organization

Your Profile:

1. Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation
2. Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
3. Experience and Know-how: Very good knowledge about the technical requirements of a paper production plant
4. Qualification: Technical degree (Techniker / Meister) with a strong technical background
5. Training: Six Sigma certification is a must-have
