TYTAN Technologies GmbH in Munich is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations on mission-critical projects.

You will own planning, risk management, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates, aligning external partners and internal teams to deliver on time, quality, and cost.

Fluent in English and German; 2–5 years in project management in hardware-software contexts is ideal; hybrid work with a Munich office.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware-software industry.
• Ability to combine structure with agility; track deliverables rigorously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and confident across written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment and motivation by speed, ownership, and impact.
• Interest in building dual-use defense technology that protects open societies and strengthens European air defense.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience with public sector, procurement projects, or security-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German
